The flexibility of the Portway Centre is based on the use of sound proofed double glass partitioning incorporating variable setting blinds and creating an open airy and modern appearance as shown below.

The Portway Centre offers a variety of office designs, sizes and combinations from 250 ft2 to 2,000 ft2.

INCLUSIVE SERVICE CHARGE

The standard Portway Centre offering is based on an inclusive service charge which pays for all normal office costs including heating, lighting, air conditioning, cleaning, building insurance, ground and building maintenance, full time management and reception, post handling and franking and covers structural and other capital liability. The service charge is independently audited each year.

Office Shell

Using this technique, a tenant may start with a single shell and design the required office layout within it.

FULL SERVICE OFFICES

Lease type Full service
Service level Service as per standard lease plus additional telephone, messaging and furniture to tenant requirement.

Serviced Office

Fully serviced offices are geared tenants who on top of the standard comprehensive service offering require own number telephone answering, use of the Portway VOIP telephone system and if required office furniture. The level of service is tailored to the tenants requirement and charged accordingly.
