The Portway Centre offers several large offices (1,500 sq ft or above) where rents per sq ft are lower than general price list and service charges are negotiable depending upon the extent that a tenant manages its own reception, pays for its own heating and lighting, insurance and other factors.

Large areas such as this can be left fully open plan or subdivided to tenant's design using combinations of high tech venetian glazed panelling and stud walling as shown above or inclusion of a purpose built archive room as shown below.
